By accessing studios8.in, you agree to these terms. All project engagements are governed by separate, signed agreements that outline scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for your project become your property. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Projects are billed on a milestone basis as defined in the project agreement. All prices are fixed and agreed upon before work begins.
Studios8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, beyond the total project fee paid.
